About Greenhill Park Residential Care Home

It is the aim of the home that residents shall live in a clean, comfortable and safe environment and be treated with respect and sensitivity to their individual needs and abilities. Staff are responsive to the individual needs of residents and will provide the appropriate degree of care to ensure the highest possible quality of life within the home.

At Greenhill Park we fully believe in promoting independence, residents and family are involved in planning individual care requirements and daily routines, enabling opportunities for residents to maintain as much control over their daily life as possible. Residents are supported to make choices regarding where they have their meals, when to get up and when to go to bed and what activities they wish to take part in. Family and friends are made welcome and refreshments are always offered.

Food is prepared by David, our Chef, using fresh local produce cooked to an extremely high standard. There is always a choice of menus and special diets are catered for. The kitchen has been awarded a four star hygiene rating by Wychavon District Council.

We are committed to providing the best possible training to all our staff. All care staff within the home are appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest initiatives and developments in care practices. All care staff are trained to a minimum of NVQ level 2.

We provide an extensive range of activities within the home with our activities co-ordinator and regular outings such as shopping, swimming, church, garden centres, pub lunches, theatre, river cruises etc.
